Formation of Nithyananda Youth Foundation
We are in the process of forming a Nithyananda Youth Foundation Mumbai.
It is basically for tuning your life in the right direction from the teenage itself. One can explore their potential to the fullest.
Youth is the most unused resource on the planet.
We can integrate together spread The Master's mission & also evolve ourselves to the super consciousness.

Arogya Spurana Progarm on 31st Oc'10
The program began with the Guru Parampara Vandana.
Swamiji & paduka
It was a success with 70 people attending the program.
Sri Nithya Turiyananda Maharaj conducted the sessions & meditations very beautifully. Participants enjoyed a lot.

There were around 7 meditations which included: clearing of verbalisation, visualisation, releasing the stress out of body, releasing the thoughts, increasing the concentration power & will power.
By the time it was evening all were feeling as light & blissful as flowers....
Body & mind just falling in tune with each other....
There was e-kalpataru darshan of Swamiji in the evening! The Hall was filled with compassionate vibrant energy of the Master...

This program is Advanced ASP! Also known as ' Health & Wellness program '
Gist of the program :-
1. 8 Intensive meditations, focusses on the Health, Mind, Body & Spirit.
2. Also 5 kinds of process viz. Verbalisation, Visualisation, Breathing, Dhyana & Kriya. Its going to be wonderful meditations wherein you can actually experience the difference in you by evening itself.
3. Interactive sessions with Maharaj.

Successful e-Kalpataru in Mumbai on 12th September 2010
This is for the 1st time e-kalpataru was conducted in Mumbai on 12th sept’10. It was a grand success with 70 people attending the program inspite of the grand Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations.
The evening began beautifully with Maharaj welcoming the participants & giving them a brief introduction about Paramahamsa Nithyananda and Dhyanapeetam. A small documentary was played showing the social service activities done by the organisation. Following this there was a beautiful meditation called ‘Yoga Meditation’ where you just have to shake your body vigorously for 1omins and then sit down wherever you are and allow the energy to flow all over your being. Participants had very beautiful experience of feeling light & blissful after the meditation.

The second session began with an introduction given by Maharaj on Kundalini Shakti. A wonderful discourse of Swamiji on kundalini Shakti was played. Participants had a very good time as Swamiji very jovially compared the Indian & the Western lifestyle. Then followed the powerful ‘Kundalini Awakening’ meditation. Participants just relaxed into the silence of their being after this meditaion. The hall was filled with high energy level.

Finally the time arrived for which each and every person in the hall was longing for, The Master’s Darshan. Participants went through a small meditation process to prepare their mind & body to be receptive to the Master’s energy. And sharp 7.30 we could see our swamiji Paramahamsa Nithyananda, sitting on the golden throne and radiating the cosmic energy.

Swamiji began addressing the participants in Hindi and all of them were awestruck! Soon the darshan began and the existence just blessed each one with compassion for their desires to be fulfilled. The hall was filled with Swamiji’s energy and his presence.

All of them returned back home as a New and Blissful person!!!
